BEGINNER’S YOGA:
Start your yogic journey with personal instruction, learning different styles of breathing (pranayama), postures (asana) and flow (vinyasa) in a safe environment. At the beginning of your yoga practice it is really important to understand how your body optimally expresses each posture with correct alignment. Hands-on adjustments help you feel where your body should be in each pose. Everyone is unique and private yoga instruction will help you understand how to approach each pose to create proper habits. Practice makes permanent, so build a solid foundation with private instruction. Over time, you will see optimal results as your awareness expands and you begin to connect your mind to your body through your breath.
YOGA FOR HEALING INJURIES OR SURGERIES:
